Room rates: $139.00 single or double
Occupancy Tax is 8% and 1% Environmental fee
$151.51 total room cost per night x 2 nights = $303.02

Room reservations must be made by no later than October 6, 2008,
in order to get the CAPE Rate and it is based on availability.
In other words, the CAPE rooms may be taken before the cut-off date.
If you plan on staying over Saturday night, you need to book your
room
early to receive the CAPE Government rate.
Saturday night reservations will depend on availability.
CAPE group discount parking rate is: $8.00 (nightly)
Non-CAPE rate is: $18.00 self / $23.00 valet (nightly)

Non-Member: $250.00 both days - $150.00 one day

members must be a member in good standing with one or more
of the following: APA, AAPP, NPA or an APA recognized state
polygraph association. |

than October 6, 2008, if they are interested in attending this
training conference. Attendance is not guaranteed. |

Your CAPE
dues through 2008 must be current in order to register for this
conference. |

$25.00 late fee if you register after October 6, 2008 |

|
$35.00 for each guest for lunch on Friday, November 7, 2008 |

If the CAPE
Secretary has no record of your cancellation, the cost of the
handout material and Friday’s lunch will be deducted from your
refund. |

About The Instructors |
Clifford C. “Chip” Morgan is a retired
Detective / Polygraph Examiner from Boise PD in Idaho. He is a
member of AAPP, APA & NPA. He currently operates a private
polygraph business in the great state of Idaho.

Eric J. Holden, M.A., L.P.C., is the
Director of the Behavior Measures Institute in Dallas, Texas.
He is a Past APA President and is a nationally recognized
PCSOT Trainer and Author.
